What we collect

When you book a call we collect the parent's name, email address, phone number, your child's first name, and whatever you tell us about the tooth. We need those things to place the call. We do not ask for your child's full name, birth date, address, or any other identifying detail.

The fairy's letter list

If you join our email list we store your email address, optionally your child's first name, the date and IP address of your consent, and a random unsubscribe token. We use it only to send the letters you asked for. Every letter has a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. We never sell, rent, or trade your address, and we don't add you to the list because you placed an order — joining is a separate, unticked choice.

Payments

Interac e-Transfer payments go to our finance mailbox and appear on your bank statement under our company name. Card payments are processed by Stripe; card numbers never touch our servers.

Recordings

Calls are recorded so you can keep them. You consent to this at checkout. Recordings are stored for your account only — we don't publish them, and we'll delete one on request.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Tag Manager to understand which pages people use. We don't run advertising trackers on this site and we don't sell data.

Your rights

Write to fairy@toothfairycalls.ca and we'll show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Unsubscribe links work instantly for the email list.
